Director of Transportation

Job Summary

The Director of Transportation is responsible for leading the execution, performance, and continuous improvement of the Company's transportation operations across a network of manufacturing, distribution, warehouse, and customer locations throughout the United States and Canada. This role provides strategic and operational leadership for all transportation activities, including private fleet operations, driver management, transportation planning, freight procurement, carrier management, transportation technology, and delivery performance. The Director partners closely with Operations, Customer Service, Sales, and Finance to deliver safe, reliable, and cost-effective transportation solutions that support customer commitments and business objectives.
