rhi-group.com/ Client & Job Location : Postal Code 59200 Client & Job Location : Address Level 9, Tower 5, Avenue 7, Type New Responsibilities: Work closely with business stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and document detailed business and technical requirements Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications suitable for Agile delivery Translate business priorities and technical outcomes into a clear roadmap, integrated delivery plan, milestones, and measurable success criteria.

Own end-to-end program planning and delivery across scope, schedule, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, quality, and operational readiness. Coordinate cross-functional global and local delivery across product, engineering, architecture, cyber security, data, SRE, service operations, testing, release management, and business teams.

Proactively identify critical dependencies, delivery constraints, and emerging risks, then drive accountable mitigation and resolution actions. Facilitate alignment on scope, sequencing, priorities, acceptance criteria, release strategy, and production-readiness requirements. Partner with engineering and architecture leads to ensure technical plans are realistic, understood, and aligned with target-state architecture and non-functional requirements.

Partner with design and engineering teams to ensure requirements align with UI/UX intent, customer journeys, and technical feasibility Coordinate external vendors and managed service providers, including deliverables, dependencies, release activities, service transition, and issue resolution.

About you

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or equivalent practical experience. Several years of experience leading complex technology programs, projects, or delivery portfolios. Proven record of delivering cross-functional initiatives from discovery and planning through launch and operational handover.

Practical knowledge of Agile delivery, project and program governance, risk management, change management, and software release practices. Experience using delivery and collaboration tools such as Azure DevOps, Confluence, Microsoft 365, or equivalent platforms. Experience in loyalty platforms, payments, or retail systems is a strong advantage Core Skills Technical program and delivery management Business requirements gathering and documentation Vendor management and delivery coordination Integrated planning, dependency management, and critical-path management Stakeholder alignment Technical fluency across cloud, APIs, mobile applications, data, integrations, and operational services Facilitation, negotiation, conflict resolution, and decision management Clear written and verbal communication Strong ownership, prioritisation, analytical thinking, and attention to detail About rhi rhi is a professional services provider with global expertise.
