They are currently seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator to join a major Water Treatment Plant upgrade project in Canberra.

What's on Offer $80,000 - $120,000 + super Flexible working arrangement Clear career progression Work for the largest construction company across the globe A high-performance culture that recognises & rewards initiative About the Role As a BIM Coordinator at VINCI, you will act as a vital bridge between project stakeholders, ensuring all BIM-related activities are coordinated and aligned with established standards.

You will drive project efficiency by managing high-quality models, facilitating clear communication, and delivering clash-free results during both pre-works and construction phases.

Key Responsibilities

Aggregate models from designers and subcontractors, perform visual and automated clash detection, and produce comprehensive 3D coordination reports. Standards & Assets: Develop and maintain BIM object libraries and design scripts while ensuring all models integrate seamlessly across disciplines. Project Support: Provide technical support for construction scheduling (4D simulations), quantity take-offs (5D), and laser scanning integration.

Sustainability & Innovation: Support green costing and carbon footprint assessments while conducting value engineering to improve project Promote a "Zero Harm" environment and uphold the VINCI Manifesto, fostering a culture of ethics, diversity, and environmental transition. What You Bring Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience in BIM coordination or engineering.

Technical Skills: Mandatory proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks. Experience with Synchro, 12d, or Civil 3D is highly regarded.

Education

A relevant tertiary qualification in Engineering. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, exceptional relationship-building skills, and the resilience to deliver high-quality work under demanding deadlines. Communication: Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and concisely to diverse internal and external stakeholders.
