Take a leading role in the customer-facing implementation of strategic HR projects for large multinational companies. Analyze and understand business needs to contribute to the development of Avature’s commercial strategy. Gain a deep understanding of our product and participate in its development by providing feedback to our product design area for the enhancement of our knowledge base of best practice designs. Guarantee top quality implementations and adherence to project standards by reviewing and providing feedback on the work of implementation associates.

Minimum Qualifications

Experience in managing software implementation projects of varying complexity, preferably related to SaaS or HR software. Previous experience configuring and supporting SaaS systems as a business systems analyst or system administrator. Willing and eligible to be sponsored for US government security clearance (clearance requirements vary by customer). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Interest in software configuration and process design. Comfortable using AI tools in day-to-day work and genuinely interested in staying up to date with emerging AI capabilities.
