Talent Management Specialist (Proficient in English)
Job description
Develop a deep understanding of Avature’s culture, ways of working, and organizational context, and actively contribute to strengthening and evolving them. Stay closely connected to Avature’s continuously evolving structure, roles, and teams, ensuring Talent Management practices remain relevant and impactful. Build trusting, credible relationships with Avaturians and leaders, becoming a reliable partner for people-related topics and decisions.
Anticipate organizational and people-related challenges, identifying patterns and risks, and translating them into thoughtful, human-centered solutions. Support Avaturians in navigating their careers at Avature, helping them make informed decisions around development, growth, and change. Contribute to organizational change initiatives by supporting individuals and teams through transitions, ensuring focus, engagement, and cultural alignment throughout the process.
Turn people and organizational insights into Talent Management initiatives, improvements, and practices that support Avature’s long-term evolution.
Manage and continuously improve the employee lifecycle end to end — from onboarding to offboarding - ensuring consistency, quality, and a positive experience across all stages. Act as a primary point of contact for Avaturians, handling day-to-day people-related topics and navigating complex or sensitive situations with sound judgment, empathy, and discretion.
Partner with leaders and teams on performance management, supporting feedback conversations, development discussions, and people-related decisions while balancing individual needs with organizational priorities. Support leadership development through training, coaching, and ongoing advisory support, adapting your approach to different leadership styles, contexts, and challenges.
Drive and support culture and engagement initiatives, including engagement surveys, follow-ups, and concrete actions that strengthen collaboration, trust, and Avature’s values in practice. Contribute to Talent Management programs, change management initiatives, and side projects by identifying improvement opportunities, turning ideas into concrete actions, and following through on implementation.
Leverage people and organizational insights to inform decisions and support effective people-related actions across the organization. Maintain and apply knowledge of employment legislation across multiple EMEA countries, partnering with internal experts when needed and ensuring people-related decisions are compliant, fair, and aligned with Avature’s values.
Relevant experience in people-facing roles. Fluent in English. Permanent residency in Bulgaria. Strong communicator, comfortable working closely with different levels of internal stakeholders. Highly structured and reliable, with strong time-management skills and the ability to prioritize effectively. People-oriented, curious, and confident in challenging assumptions constructively.
Autonomous, emotionally resilient, and culturally aware. Tech-savvy and comfortable handling confidential information. Comfortable using AI tools in day-to-day work and genuinely interested in staying up to date with emerging AI capabilities.
