Licensed Practical Nurse - Caring Place

Provides practical nursing care for residents receiving Skilled Nursing Care at Caring Place. Delivers resident-centered care through observation, intervention, treatment, documentation, and communication with residents, families, providers, and the interdisciplinary care team. Caring Place is committed to a resident-centered, relationship-based approach to care where all team members work collaboratively to meet resident needs.

Participates as an active member of the resident care team and provides hands-on assistance with resident care activities when needed to ensure residents receive safe, timely, and person-centered care. Utilizes sound clinical judgment and practices within the scope of Wisconsin Licensed Practical Nurse standards.
