Registered Nurse - Caring Place

Provides professional nursing care and clinical oversight for residents receiving Skilled Nursing Care at Caring Place. Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, coordinate, and evaluate resident care while promoting resident safety, dignity, health, and quality of life. Caring Place is committed to a resident-centered, relationship-based approach to care where all team members work collaboratively to meet resident needs.

Participates as an active member of the resident care team and provides hands-on assistance with resident care activities when needed to ensure residents receive safe, timely, and person-centered care.
