Children’s Pastor/Director Meet Lifepoint Church Lifepoint Church is a life-giving church founded in Wilmington, NC in 2006 by Founding & Lead Pastor Jeff Kapusta. Today, Lifepoint is one church in multiple locations across the greater Wilmington area, reaching thousands of people each week and helping people experience life change in Jesus.

Position Overview

The Children’s Pastor/Director leads the children’s ministry at a Lifepoint campus, creating environments where kids can experience Jesus, parents can feel confident and supported, and leaders can find meaningful opportunities to serve and grow. This role owns the spiritual health, leadership development, culture, and execution of the children’s ministry at the campus.

They build and develop strong volunteer teams, create safe and engaging ministry environments, partner with parents, and ensure the Lifepoint mission, values, and culture are consistently experienced by every child and family. This is more than a programming role. It is a pastor, leader, and team builder role for someone who loves kids, develops people, pursues excellence, and takes ownership of helping the next generation take their next step toward life in Jesus.

Key Responsibilities
