Technical Project Manager

Location: Pune / Mumbai Work Mode: Hybrid – 3 days Work From Office Experience: 10+ years overall | 8+ years relevant Shift: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST Employment Type: Full-Time Budget: Up to ₹33 LPA Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical projects.

The role will work closely with product, engineering, QA, architecture, infrastructure, and business stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Agile project management, technical delivery, stakeholder management, budgeting, risk management, and cloud-based projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical projects. Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables. Manage project budgets, resource allocation, utilization, and financial tracking. Coordinate multiple technical teams and cross-functional stakeholders.

Drive Agile/Scrum practices, sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. Coordinate Program Increment (PI) Planning in scaled Agile environments. Track project progress, risks, issues, dependencies, scope, and budget variance. Work closely with architects and engineering teams on technical design, integrations, APIs, microservices, and cloud initiatives.

Partner with DevOps teams on CI/CD, deployment, and infrastructure activities. Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and executive-level updates. Facilitate stakeholder meetings and effectively manage expectations and escalations. Drive risk mitigation, issue resolution, change management, and continuous improvement.

Ensure quality, governance, compliance, and production readiness throughout the project lifecycle. Mandatory Skills Technical Project Management Agile / Scrum JIRA PI Planning Budget Management Scrum Ceremonies Cloud Projects Stakeholder Management Risk & Issue Management SDLC / Software Delivery Preferred Qualifications Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP Knowledge of cloud migration and modernization projects Understanding of APIs, REST services, microservices, and modern architecture Experience with Jira and Confluence Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices Exposure to financial services or regulated industries CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or PRINCE2 certification is preferred Candidate Requirements 10+ years of total professional experience.

8+ years of relevant experience preferred. Strong experience managing complex technical projects. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong understanding of Agile delivery and software development lifecycle. Immediate to 30 days or serving notice period preferred. Must be willing to work from Pune/Mumbai in a hybrid model.
