Solution & Technology Architect

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE Employment Type: Full-Time, Onsite (5 days/week) Budget: Up to 22,000 AED (based on interview feedback & experience) Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days Key Responsibilities Develop end-to-end solution architecture aligned with enterprise standards and best practices. Create solution intents and design artifacts (ICDs, ICMs, etc.)

for value stream initiatives. Ensure compliance with Etihad Well Architected Framework and IT strategy. Collaborate with stakeholders to align solutions with technology roadmaps and business capabilities. Evaluate and introduce new technologies to accelerate delivery of business value. Contribute to the maturity of architecture practices by applying approved patterns, standards, and guardrails.

Required Qualifications Experience: 15+ years overall, with 3–5 years in enterprise-grade solution architecture. Domain Expertise: Airline industry knowledge (PSS, Cargo, Airport Ops, Engineering) preferred. Certifications: TOGAF (mandatory), plus SAFe Architect, Open Certified Architect, ISEB, or Well Architected Frameworks (preferred).

Technical Skills: Service-Oriented Architecture, microservices, integration methodologies. Methodologies: Exposure to Agile (SAFe) and waterfall delivery models.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field desirable. Communication: Excellent stakeholder management and resource communication skills.
