On-Call Doorman Location: New York, NY Job Description: We are seeking an On-Call Doorman to join our team in New York, NY. The On-Call Doorman will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to residents and guests, ensuring the safety and security of the building, and performing various tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

Greet residents and guests in a friendly and professional manner Assist residents with packages, luggage, and other items as needed Monitor and control access to the building Respond to emergencies and security issues Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the lobby and entrance area Perform other duties as assigned by the building management Requirements: Professional doorman attire (Black Suit, Black Tie) Prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Physical ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift heavy objects Professional appearance and demeanor
