Operation Supervisor

Our client is a well-established company in the manufacturing and industrial sector, with long-standing operations in Thailand and a strong regional presence in Southeast Asia. Position: Operation Supervisor Location: Rayong Responsibilities: Control daily production to be on plan without any accident (zero accident). Monitor working record of subordinate and report to the superior. If problems occur in equipment or any matter related with production, report it to the superior and propose remedial measures.

Create a standard document according to superior's instructions. Perform process inspection on products. Maintain and improve compliance such as: Laws concerning the environment such as drainage, exhaust gas, noise, etc. Maintain good working environment with 5S. Other tasks assigned by superior.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree of Industrial Engineering or related fields Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience and 1 year for supervisor level Strong knowledge of manufacturing process and management Have knowledge in Chemical, Work Instruction Design and Supply Chain Software Have knowledges in ISO9001, IATF16949, ISO14001, Global Recycled Standard (GRS) / Recycled Claim Standard (RCS) or other national standards Able to communicate in English Able to use Microsoft office products Able to work in Day and Night shifts Have problem solving, time management, teamwork and supervisory skill Benefits Interested candidate, please submit your updated resume to e-mail: thanabut@talentclique.
