BELL PERSON Job Summary: The bell person is responsible for providing personalized guest services by providing luggage services between the lobby and guestroom.

Responsibilities

Performing light housekeeping services in the lobby, entry areas and its surrounding to an acceptable standard Transporting guest luggage to and from guestrooms Familiarizing guests with the hotel's facilities and services, safety features, as well as the guestroom and any in-room amenities Providing information on hotel services and facilities Delivering mail, packages, messages, and special amenities to guestrooms Assisting with the check-in process and check-out process if necessary Anticipating guest needs and provide quality service Meeting and greeting guests Qualifications: High School Graduate Excellent Customer Service Skills Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and orally
