Require a Warehouse Supervisor in Bulawayo

Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, and dispatch of pharmaceutical products. Ensure compliance with Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Enforce adherence to pharmaceutical laws, safety standards, and company SOPs. Monitor temperature-controlled storage areas to protect product quality.

Monitor cold rooms and ensure Dangerous Drug Room is kept locked at all times. Prepare documentation for inspections and audits. Manage and train warehouse staff on handling sensitive pharmaceutical products. Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and maintain attendance/overtime records. Foster a culture of safety and accountability.

Requirements

Diploma in Pharmacy Technician 3-5 years experience working in a pharmaceutical distribution/warehouse Strong knowledge of GDP/GMP regulations as well as logistics Strong leadership skills
