Keep counter/showroom organized and assist with stock management ? Handle customer queries and complaints professionally Requirements ✅ 5 ‘O’ Levels (English & Maths); Diploma in Sales/Marketing an advantage ✅ 2+ years counter sales experience in hardware, engineering, steel, or auto spares ✅ Knowledge of bolt grades, metric/imperial measurements & power tools ✅ Fluent in English & Ndebele (Shona a plus) ✅ Computer literate
