Job description
To maintain the highest level of service experience set by the company by ensuring that all slot machines are functioning correctly, building positive business relationships among slot customers, and ensuring prompt response to hand pays, jackpots, and minor machine malfunctions.
Requirements
Minimum height of 5'4" At least college level Good personality and professional appearance Hospitality experience an advantage Basic knowledge of gaming machines desired Must be able to work flexible schedules (evenings, weekends, holidays) Independent, responsible, and self‑motivated
