Automotive Dealership Biller

Advantage Toyota of River Oaks is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Automotive Dealership Biller to join our team in Calumet City, IL. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately processing billing and financial transactions to ensure smooth operations within the dealership’s accounting department. This position offers a competitive hourly wage of $23.00 - $25.00, paid weekly, and is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process billing statements for automotive sales and service transactions promptly and accurately.
• Verify invoice details, prices, and payment methods to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain records of billing transactions and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Coordinate with sales, service, and finance departments to resolve any discrepancies.
• Assist in month-end billing reconciliations and reporting.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding billing inquiries and concerns.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and company financial information.
• Ensures that all license & title documents are completed properly and included in deal packet

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in accounting or finance is a plus.
• Previous experience in billing, accounting, or finance, preferably within an automotive dealership.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with dealership management systems.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
