Waiter / Bartender – Food & Beverage Service (Accor) Job Summary: Experienced hospitality professional with expertise in both restaurant and bar operations, providing exceptional guest service in line with 5-star Accor standards. Capable of working in either restaurant or bar environments depending on operational requirements and area of strongest experience.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome guests and deliver professional, personalized service. Take and process food and beverage orders accurately. Serve meals, cocktails, wines, spirits, and other beverages according to hotel standards. Provide menu and beverage recommendations to guests. Ensure cleanliness and proper setup of restaurant and bar areas.

Maintain knowledge of food, beverages, and promotions. Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues professionally. Follow all hygiene, safety, and responsible alcohol service procedures. Support team members to ensure smooth daily operations. Placement: Restaurant or Bar, based on the candidate's strongest area of experience and operational needs.

Requirements

Previous experience in a 4-star or 5-star hotel, restaurant, or bar. Strong knowledge of restaurant service and/or bar operations. Excellent communication and guest relations skills. Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling is an advantage.
