• Columbia, TN, Position Type: Full Time, Education Level: High School Diploma or equivalent, Salary Range: $15.30 - $15.30Hourly, Job Shift: Mon-Fri 7am-3pm, Join our team and help create life-changing experiences for clients ages 40+ with developmental disabilities. Current shifts available: Weekdays Full-Time – Monday through Friday 7am-3pm PRN-to work as needed as a sub, shifts vary Job duties include: Caring for clients with intellectual disabilities and autism Assisting clients with daily living activities Providing a warm, family and home-like environment for clients Qualifications: No experience required, we're willing to train the right person who shows genuine interest and dedication. What we need from you: Valid driver's license preferred High school diploma or equivalent required Physical stamina (you'll be active, not stuck in a chair) Able to pass drug screen and background checks (no felonies, no abuse, assault, or neglect convictions) Dependable- a consistent routine is important for our clients Willing to complete TB skin test and work physical upon hire Apply today and discover how rewarding it feels to make a real difference.
