Job description

About the Role

The role involves exploring business opportunities, negotiating proposals, optimizing processes, and managing projects to enhance collaboration and efficiency within the organization.

Responsibilities

Study and understand the business model, product features, and workflows of partner companies, identify potential client opportunities, and provide insights and recommendations for designing collaboration models. Business Negotiation and Proposal Development: Act as the main communication bridge between companies, responsible for negotiating and coordinating business proposals.

Based on negotiation outcomes and policy requirements, combined with market demand and company strategy, design innovative and feasible business collaboration plans. Business Process Optimization: Work closely with internal business teams (such as the general banking team/investment team), understand business/policy/regulatory requirements, connect client-facing business processes, and enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

Project Management and Promotion: Organize and coordinate all internal departments and relevant parties, including partner subsidiaries, to jointly implement projects. Track project progress, promptly resolve any issues and risks during execution, and ensure smooth project completion.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above in Finance/Insurance/Economics/Management or related fields. More than 3 years of work experience at Ping An, preferably with experience in Ping An Bank or integrated financial business collaboration projects.

Required Skills

Strong proposal design skills, proficient in office software (Word, Excel, PPT, etc.) and project management tools (e.g., Project) for designing business proposals and managing projects. Good data analysis capabilities, able to collect, organize, and analyze business data to support business decisions. Strong project management and organizational skills, able to efficiently allocate project resources, drive project execution, and ensure project goals are achieved.

Good problem-solving and adaptability skills, able to quickly analyze and resolve issues in a complex and changing environment, handling unexpected situations effectively. Strong sense of responsibility and team spirit, diligent and proactive, able to handle high work pressure. Good English and Chinese listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, able to write business reports and proposal documents in English.

Preferred Skills

Experience in integrated financial business collaboration projects.
