As an AUXILIAR GENERAL_PISO, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support. Your duties will include assisting customers with their queries, promoting and selling our products, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their needs.
• Engage in active sales and promote products to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a tidy and well-organized store floor, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.
• Restock shelves and display areas with products, keeping them fully stocked.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, adhering to company policies.
• Assist in receiving and processing incoming merchandise, ensuring proper storage.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe environment.
• Offer product knowledge and advice to customers, building their trust and loyalty.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the store manager or senior staff.
