As an AUXILIAR GENERAL_PISO, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support. Your duties will include assisting customers with their queries, promoting and selling our products, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their needs.
- Engage in active sales and promote products to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a tidy and well-organized store floor, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.
- Restock shelves and display areas with products, keeping them fully stocked.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, adhering to company policies.
- Assist in receiving and processing incoming merchandise, ensuring proper storage.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe environment.
- Offer product knowledge and advice to customers, building their trust and loyalty.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the store manager or senior staff.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
- A positive and friendly attitude with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, fostering collaboration.
- Punctual and reliable, with a commitment to maintaining high standards of service.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory management.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new products and store procedures.
- Fluency in both written and spoken Spanish, with English proficiency an asset.
- A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
