Website: www.wiprowater.in Desired Candidate Profile: Qualifications: Desired Experience: Yrs of Exp / Nature of Exp BE / Diploma (Mechanical), preferably BE / B.Tech 1 to 3 years’ experience in handling Projects Key Skills Required: Areas of expertise / skills Problem solving skills Multitasking Collaboration Proactive & Self-starter Target Companies: EPC companies in Water Position Details Key Accountabilities: List the key areas of responsibility This position is accountable for providing required support in execution medium to large scale Projects from post order to handover, which involves planning, timely dispatch, site supervision, and handover. Receipt and review of purchase order / Technical specification of Customer Preparation of BOM and indent according to contract scope Atending kick off Meeting with respective project managers and customer for finalization of execution schedule Engineering document development with the help of in-house design and engineering team Preparation, Submission & Approval from customer Preparation & Release of indent (BOQ) for B/out items & fabricated items through SAP process (PR) Review & progress monitoring of fabricated items Coordinating the arrangement for QA /QC checks with 3rd party Monitoring of dispatch as per invoicing plan Periodic visit to site for execution supervision Complete work as per schedule within project budget and handover Collection of payments as per Contract Terms Submission of project progress report to management Reporting: Mention reporting relationships Head of Department Work Location Airoli, Navi Mumbai
