The role involves building scalable ETL frameworks, managing event-driven systems, and leading technical best practices.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain ETL frameworks and tools. Design and optimize databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Snowflake). Deploy and manage AWS cloud solutions (Lambda, Glue, S3, Airflow). Implement CI/CD pipelines, security best practices, and performance monitoring. Lead technical discussions, mentor developers, and drive engineering excellence.

Requirements

5–7 years of Python backend development experience. Expertise in PostgreSQL and other DB tools. Strong knowledge of AWS services and Terraform. Experience with ETL frameworks/tools. Hands-on with Kafka and event-driven architecture. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Nice to Have

Experience working in the technology department of Asset Management firms.
