ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT: CAMPUS PASTOR Summary The Campus Pastor Administrative Assistant serves Faith Church by playing an instrumental role alongside the Campus Pastor to provide efficient and comprehensive administrative support.

Qualifications

• Administrative experience - minimum of one year
• Effective time management
• Experience in problem solving
• Ability to handle multiple projects effectively and efficiently
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suites and Apple Products
• Organizational and relational abilities
• Experience representing Faith Church in a professional manner that glorifies God and honors the Church Responsibilities and Essential Functions I. Manage Communication
• Manage the calendar/meeting schedule of Campus Pastor
• Communicate weekly with about items needed for the Campus.
• Send out weekly letters for decisions & first time guests
• Email all potential Dream Team member's contact info to Dream Team Coordinator weekly (from Growth Track, Connection Cards, etc.) II. Event Management
• Coordinate wedding/premarital schedule for the Campus Pastor
• Assist with planning and participating in Campus events II. Administrative Support
• Weekly Data entry into Planning Center from Sunday Connection Cards
• Collect all completed attendance forms/cards from GT events and enter info into appropriate database
• Assist with the collection of all items for the Campus each week from Summverville
• Keep a running list of needs, upgrades, and goals for the campus and order supplies
• Assist Campus Pastor weekly with Connection Card info, including prayer requests, meeting requests, and information requests
• Assist in all paperwork processes for the Campus (purchase requests, check requests, etc.)
• Provide daily assistance to the Campus Pastor for various needs/requests
