POSITION SUMMARY

The Campus Pastor builds, grows, and pastors the [Campus] campus of Faith Church. This role is responsible for reaching the local community, developing core leaders, and caring for the people of the campus. This position requires strong leadership, a pastoral heart, and the ability to develop and motivate people while overseeing campus operations, weekend services, and ministry pipelines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Weekly Responsibilities Attend regular meetings with Lead Pastor and Campus Pastors Attend weekly staff meeting to review order of service for the coming weekend Hold appointments with small group leaders, Dream Team members, and potential leadership Evaluate Connection Cards weekly for prayer needs and information requests Communicate upcoming events with campus leadership team Collect all supplies needed for the coming weekend from Summerville Campus Ensure building is unlocked and available for small groups Communicate with all campus leadership teams regarding weekend services Coordinate regularly with departments that affect the campuses Continually build systems that will create growth at the campus level Be available for appointments (counseling, premarital, etc.)

Respond to emails and phone calls within a 24 to 48 hour time frame Plan and implement monthly meeting with all campus Dream Team Coaches (leadership team) Meet regularly with Dream Team Coordinator regarding Dream Team Prepare campus facility for upcoming weekend services (ensure rooms are neat and well organized) Prepare a message each week Weekend Responsibilities Have campus facility opened and prepped for services Facilitate all services on Sunday (Welcome, Commitment Time, Offering, etc.)

Secure campus facility following worship services Love, encourage, and pastor people Connect with new people Be available for ministry time with individuals Lead or assist with Growth Track each Sunday as needed Special Events Help plan, staff, and implement all special events for the campus Participate in and support Central events Groups Meet regularly with campus Small Group Coordinator Constantly recruit new small group leaders Locate and implement coaches for each semester Communicate weekly with small group leaders to support, encourage, and serve them Growth Track Meet regularly with campus Growth Track Coordinator Lead or assist with Growth Track each Sunday Dream Team Meet regularly with campus Dream Team Coordinator Hold monthly meetings with Dream Team Coaches Continually seek out potential Dream Team members Highlight areas of service Consistently encourage all members of the Dream Team Plan and implement Dream Team specific events QUALIFICATIONS Strong leadership skills with a positive attitude and a servant's heart Ability to pastor people and lead others Ability to communicate effectively in front of people and to staff and key leaders Ability to build meaningful relationships and care for people Ability to disciple and train people Ability to develop leaders Ability to organize, manage, and lead teams Ability to present Faith Church's purpose and vision clearly Loyalty, fun-spirited demeanor, and the ability to develop and motivate people REQUIREMENTS Must regularly attend Faith Church – [Campus] Must be available for Sunday services, weekly staff meetings, and other ministry-related events Must maintain a lifestyle consistent with the values and biblical standards of Faith Church Must support the mission, vision, and values of Faith Church Must be available for evening and weekend work as ministry needs require PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Ability to stand for extended periods during services, events, and pastoral activities Ability to move throughout the campus facility and travel between campus and central locations as needed Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally (event materials, supplies, equipment) Ability to operate standard office equipment including computer, phone, and presentation technology Capacity for sustained evening and weekend work, with availability for pastoral appointments and emergencies
