Develop Communication Strategies – Design and implement comprehensive internal and external communication plans aligned with organisational goals. Media & Public Relations
Build & Maintain Media Relationships Cultivate strong networks
Respond to Media Inquiries.Act as the first point of contact for media requests and coordinate interview schedules.
Monitor Media Coverage – Track print, broadcast, and online mentions to gauge public perception and reach.

Manage Social Media Channels – Oversee daily operations across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook, etc.
Develop Social Content Calendars Plan and schedule posts to ensure consistent, timely publishing.
Monitor Online Conversations Track brand mentions and hashtags, responding to comments and DMs promptly (community management).
