00 pm - 7.30 am Schedule: 36 hours/week guaranteed, 3 X 12-hr shifts per week, weekends and holiday as needed | Extra shifts would be available Position Requirements: Registered Nurse: 1+ years

• Required Recent/Current Psychiatric Nursing or Behavioral health: 1+ year – Required EMR charting
• Preferred Must have own transportation Education, License and Certification Requirements: ASN or an equivalent – Required BSN or an equivalent – Highly preferred RN License for State of PA or Compact
• Required BLS Certification from AHA or American Red Cross
• Required CPI or HWC Certification
• Preferred Job Description: Provide and coordinate care by assessing patients’ physical and behavioral health needs in the assigned units Develop and implement nursing care plans. The RN will maintain medical records and educate patients and their families about various physical and behavioral health conditions. The RN will provide nursing care and services within the standards and scope of nursing practice as defined within the state Nurse Practice Act regulations, policies, procedures, and protocols, as well as facility and corporate policies and procedures. Ensure physicians’ orders are legible if taken verbally and transcribed appropriately per policy and procedure. Ensure patients’ status is assessed on an ongoing basis and pertinent information is gathered and documented. Notify physicians of significant changes in status The RN will ensure that initial nursing treatment plans are completed upon admission and that all nursing treatment plans are specific to assessed needs.
