Job Title: Plastic Manufacturing (1st & 2nd Shift) Location: Fort Smith, AR Pay Rate: $12.25 – $12.50 per hour Job Type: Temp-to-Permanent Shifts Available: 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM Schedule: Monday – Friday, with overtime as needed Job Summary: A plastic manufacturing company in Fort Smith is seeking Production Associates to join their team on both 1st and 2nd shifts.

This is a physically demanding position in a hot work environment , ideal for candidates who are comfortable working on their feet and using hand tools for extended periods. This is a temp-to-permanent role offering long-term potential for reliable and motivated individuals.

Key Responsibilities
