Namaskaram! Ajna. Lens is looking for a Logistics & Supply Chain Executive to join our Operations team at Thane (Maharashtra – India). We are seeking a highly organized and proactive professional with 4+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, procurement coordination, and inventory operations. This role is ideal for someone who can efficiently manage end-to-end supply chain activities, vendor coordination, inventory planning, material movement, and logistics operations while ensuring timely delivery and cost optimization.

This is a full-time role, focused on managing procurement planning, inventory control, vendor management, logistics execution, warehouse coordination, and supply chain process improvement to support business and manufacturing operations. Top 3 Daily Tasks: Coordinate end-to-end logistics operations, including inbound and outbound shipments, material movement, and delivery tracking. Monitor inventory levels, procurement schedules, and material availability to ensure uninterrupted operations.

Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, warehouse teams, and internal stakeholders to optimize supply chain efficiency and resolve operational bottlenecks. Minimum Work Experience / Education Required: 4-5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, procurement, inventory planning, or related operations. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, Commerce, or a related field.

Hands-on experience with inventory management, vendor coordination, procurement processes, and logistics operations. Top 5 Skills You Should Possess: Strong understanding of supply chain planning, logistics operations, and inventory management. Experience in vendor management, procurement coordination, and shipment tracking.

Analytical mindset with the ability to identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements. Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills across internal and external teams. Strong documentation, reporting, and ERP/Inventory Management System proficiency. What You'll Be Expected to Do: Manage end-to-end import logistics for raw materials, electronic components, and other business-critical items, ensuring timely procurement and delivery.

Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, banks, and regulatory authorities for smooth clearance of imported shipments. Handle Bill of Entry (BOE) closure with banks and ensure all import-related documentation is completed accurately and in compliance with statutory requirements. Monitor and manage customs duty applicability, import regulations, and compliance requirements related to imported materials.

Resolve shipment delays, customs clearance issues, and regulatory conflicts by coordinating and negotiating with relevant authorities and stakeholders. Drive cost optimization initiatives by negotiating freight rates, evaluating logistics partners, and improving shipment planning and execution. Ensure timely availability of materials while maintaining compliance with import-export regulations and organizational policies.
