Document Controller

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Management Executive to manage, maintain, and organize company data effectively. The candidate will be responsible for storing and updating data, maintaining accurate records, understanding and processing invoices, and ensuring proper documentation. The ideal candidate should have good attention to detail, basic knowledge of data management and invoice processing, and the ability to handle records accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain company data and records Store, organize, and update data accurately Ensure data is properly maintained and easily accessible Verify data for accuracy and completeness Understand and process invoices and related documents Check invoice details and identify discrepancies Maintain proper records of invoices and supporting documents Coordinate with internal teams for data and invoice-related requirements Ensure timely updating and maintenance of records Maintain confidentiality of business and financial information Prepare basic reports and data summaries as required Key Skills and Qualifications Graduate in any discipline Experience in Data Management, Data Entry, Documentation, Invoice Processing, or a related role Basic understanding of invoices and billing documents Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good organizational and record-keeping skills Ability to manage and store large volumes of data Good communication and coordination skills Ability to identify errors and discrepancies in data and invoices Strong time-management and multitasking abilities Apply by sending your CV to careers@cliqhr.
