Deputy County Administrator/HR Manager

• Under the direction of the County Administrator, the Deputy County Administrator/HR Manager assists with County operations and provides support and guidance to department heads, elected officials, and employees. The position serves as the County’s Human Resources Manager, overseeing personnel administration, employee relations, recruitment, benefits, labor relations, and policies. The position also serves as a backup Data Practices Compliance Officer/Responsible Authority Designee and assists with public data requests and related compliance requirements.
