• As primary investment officer, this position oversees the county investment portfolio to provide the highest investment return with maximum security while meeting daily cash flow demands in accordance with all regulations governing the investment of public funds in Minnesota. The position manages the treasury functions of the department with the supervision of property tax billing, tax collection, cash disbursements, tax settlements, banking agreements, banking transactions, vital statistics, notary recording, and marriage license issuance.
