Job description
SCOPE OF WORK: Responsible for the overall management, strategic direction, and operational performance of the Water Reclamation Facility (WRF) and Effluent Water Disposal Farms divisions within the City’s Utilities Department. This includes oversight of the City’s Water Reclamation Facility, the Sludge Disposal Plant Farm, and the Spraberry Effluent Disposal Farm.
Ensures regulatory compliance, process efficiency, and continuous improvement in all treatment and disposal operations. Reports directly to the Director of Utilities and provides leadership to supervisory and technical staff across multiple operational sites.
