Team Leader - Therapy Services

Salary Range: $69,000-$74,000 Schedule: Full-Time Location: 6200 N Hiawatha Ave, Chicago IL, 60646

The Therapy Services Team Leader is responsible for direct supervision of a team of outpatient therapists and student interns. They will provide clinical supervision for team members, run regularly scheduled team meetings, help develop and monitor treatment plans for the team’s clients, and develop and administer tracking systems for required documentation to ensure quality service and effective interventions are delivered. The Team Leader will provide individual, family, couples, and group psychotherapy and minimal case management services to referred clients and provide consultation to other Trilogy programs as needed.
