Chief Clinical Operations Officer

Salary range: $170,000 - 190,000 Office Location: 1400 W. Greenleaf Ave, Chicago, IL 60626 Reports to: President and CEO

As a member of Trilogy’s executive leadership team, the Chief Clinical Operations Officer (CCOO) provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for CMHC and CCBHC services across multiple sites. The CCOO drives clinical excellence, service innovation, quality outcomes, and regulatory compliance while advancing integrated, person-centered behavioral healthcare. This role leads organizational transformation, develops high-performing leaders, strengthens community partnerships, and ensures evidence-based practices improve access, client outcomes, and community impact.
