Director of Survey: Halff has an immediate opening for a Director of Survey for our South Texas offices. This is a leadership position and will collaborate with Survey Team Leaders out of our Texas offices. We are seeking a seasoned Director to lead and grow our Survey Practice, providing direction and support to multiple teams across one or more offices.
This role is a key leadership position, bridging operations, technical excellence, and business growth while ensuring high‑quality survey delivery and strong client relationships. At least 10 years of progressive experience in land surveying or a related field. Registered Professional Land Surveyor (RPLS) in Texas and ability to obtain other states.
Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams on large, complex projects.
