Main Responsibilities: Provide technical and financial support to customers via email and live chat; Assist with software installation, account registration, and platform operations; Research and resolve client queries to ensure full satisfaction and case completion; Verify request details to maintain high standards of security and accuracy; Educate users on the company’s financial instruments and diverse trading services; Collaborate with team members to improve a product used by thousands worldwide.

Requirements

Fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal); Strong computer literacy and excellent typing skills for efficient communication; Analytical thinking and the ability to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision; Willingness to work on a rotating schedule to support global operations; Finance background or prior customer service experience is a plus.
