Finance Operations Specialist

Our team is currently expanding, and we are looking for a Finance Operations Specialist to join our mission.

Main Responsibilities: Enter vendor invoices into the internal approval system and track the workflow through to final authorization; Book approved invoices into the company’s ERP accounting system in strict compliance with internal policies and accounting standards; Monitor upcoming payment due dates, prepare payment files, and upload them to the electronic banking system; Review and verify monthly employee expense reports to ensure compliance with corporate travel and expense policies; Administer employment documentation and staff records in the payroll system; Process and monitor data from the office attendance system.

Requirements

Around 1 year of experience in a Finance, Junior Accounting, Accounts Payable, or Back-Office role; Professional working proficiency in written and spoken English; Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred; Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail; Previous experience with ERP systems (e.

g., Net. Suite, SAP, Oracle, or similar accounting software) is a plus; Ability to monitor deadlines, prioritize tasks, and manage payment schedules effectively under tight timelines.
