MATERIAL CONTROL – FORT SMITH, AR 1st Shift | $17/hr Direct Staffing is now hiring for a 1st Shift Material Control position in Fort Smith, AR. We are looking for dependable candidates with strong attention to detail and a solid work ethic. Shift: Monday – Thursday: 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM Friday: 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM Pay: $17/hr Job Duties May Include: Moving and organizing materials throughout the facility on forklift Supplying production areas with needed materials Assisting with inventory and material flow Operating forklifts Maintaining a clean and safe work environment Following all safety procedures and attendance expectations Requirements: Stable work history required solid 5 years of forklift experience required Manufacturing or warehouse experience required Must be dependable and able to work overtime as needed Steel-toe boots required Must be able to pass drug screen and background check Attendance is extremely important for this assignment.

This customer does have a point-based attendance policy, and missing within the first 30 days may result in termination of assignment.
