What You’ll Be Leading: Full operational management of a world-class luxury lodge Exceptional guest experiences and five-star service delivery Leadership, mentorship, and development of a high-performing team Financial performance, budgeting, and strategic planning Sustainability, conservation, and community initiatives Strong relationships with guests, travel partners, VIPs, and stakeholders Operational efficiency, infrastructure, and quality control across the property Staff culture, training, and team motivation in a remote environment Personal Attributes: Energetic, proactive, and highly motivated Passionate about luxury hospitality and guest satisfaction Confident engaging with high-end international clientele Inspiring leader with a strong team-focused mindset Calm under pressure with exceptional problem-solving ability Honest, professional, adaptable, and well-presented Requirements What We’re Looking For: 5+ years’ experience as a General Manager or Senior Lodge Manager within a luxury five-star lodge environment Proven leadership experience managing remote hospitality operations Strong background in hospitality operations, finance, and people management Qualification in Hospitality or Business Management advantageous Exceptional communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills Strong financial acumen and operational planning ability Professional, hands-on, and solutions-focused approach Benefits Why This Opportunity Stands Out:
