Residential HVAC Lead Installer

Job Description: Mc. Allister Plumbing, Heating & Cooling is currently in search of a Lead Residential HVAC Installer to join their Hamburg , NY team. The ideal candidate for this position possesses a strong willingness to learn and grow, with a genuine desire to continue learning the skills necessary to become a proficient and highly effective Residential Installer.

Allister partners with leading HVAC and plumbing companies throughout the United States, providing the support and resources of a large national company.

Responsibilities

Perform and lead installations of residential HVAC equipment, such as furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, mini-splits, AC units, and more Interact with homeowners to educate, build relationships, and address HVAC concerns Ensure the HVAC equipment that was installed is clean and safe upon departure Work with other installers and apprentices on job sites, provide direction and guidance when necessary Safely operate hand tools, power tools, generators, and other equipment as required by the job Perform other duties as assigned by your manager Job Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent required Minimum 2-5 years of HVAC experience preferred OSHA 10-hour Certificate and/or EPA Universal Certification preferred Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record required The starting base range for this position is $30.

00 to $35.00 per hour. This is the range of the base pay only, it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position. If offered a position, your total compensation package will be determined by experience, location, skills, and/or education which may result in a total compensation package that falls outside of the provided range.
