Residential HVAC Service Technician

HVAC Service Technician Up to $10k Sign-on Bonus based on experience! Pay: $30 - $50 All-Temp Systems Mechanical is looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Milford, Massachusetts . This position is ideal for a skilled technician who takes pride in quality workmanship, enjoys solving technical problems, and understands the importance of delivering an excellent customer experience.

You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing residential and commercial HVAC equipment, diagnosing system issues, and helping customers maintain comfortable and efficient indoor environments. Identify equipment malfunctions, diagnose mechanical issues, and complete the necessary repairs to restore proper operation. Communicate directly with homeowners and other customers to explain system conditions, discuss concerns, and recommend appropriate solutions. Maintain accurate service records, clearly documenting completed work and submitting required paperwork or reports each day.

Develop positive customer relationships through dependable service, professional communication, and attention to customer needs. Represent All-Temp Systems Mechanical positively while working at customer properties and in the field. Comply with company safety policies, including safe driving practices and the prohibition on mobile device use while driving.

Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent At least three years of residential or commercial HVAC experience EPA Universal Certification Valid driver's license and a clean driving record Strong HVAC troubleshooting, diagnostic, repair, and maintenance skills Effective verbal communication, written communication, and active listening abilities A customer-focused attitude and professional demeanor Good organization, time management, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with other team members About All-Temp Systems Mechanical Serving Milford, Massachusetts, since 1982, All-Temp Systems Mechanical has built its reputation on providing dependable heating and air conditioning services at fair prices.

The starting base hourly rate for this position is $30-50 per hour. This is the range of the base pay only, it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position. If offered a position, your total compensation package will be determined by experience, location, skills, and/or education which may result in a total compensation package that falls outside of the provided range.
