Facilities Technician 3 (0905)

The Facilities Technician 3 leads and performs facility maintenance duties at assigned facilities. Provides guidance, instruction, and direction to facilities technicians. Utilizes specialized skills based upon education, professional licenses, or certifications to ensure proper operation/maintenance of site wide facilities.

Responsible for task assignments and ensuring proper tools and equipment are utilized to complete assignments. Advises facilities supervisor/manager of any issues pertaining to operation of infrastructure. Responds to facilities issues in a professional and timely manner, assists with all aspects of facility maintenance.
