As an integral part of our 14 GENERALES E INTENDENCIA 0183 department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive customer experience and maintaining an organized store environment. Your expertise in customer engagement and merchandise presentation will be key to driving sales and enhancing our customers' satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, offering product knowledge and assistance to customers.
• Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring products are properly displayed and easily accessible.
• Restock shelves and ensure an adequate supply of merchandise on the sales floor.
• Assist in receiving and processing new merchandise deliveries, including unpacking and organizing stock.
• Monitor and report any damaged or defective merchandise to the appropriate team for replacement or repair.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and promote sales opportunities, ensuring customers are aware of promotions and offers.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing timely and effective resolutions.
• Maintain a clean and safe sales floor environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Assist in inventory management, conducting regular counts and ensuring accurate records.
• Support the store management team in implementing visual merchandising strategies and store layout changes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail environment, preferably in stationery or office supplies.
• Excellent customer service skills, with a proven track record of building positive customer relationships.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring an orderly and efficient sales floor.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating effectively with colleagues.
• Proficiency in using basic office equipment and point-of-sale systems.
• Physical ability to lift and move merchandise, with a focus on safety and proper handling techniques.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Spanish.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per the store's operational needs.
