Facility Management Associate

Job Description Role Summary: The Facility Manager oversees the day-to-day management, maintenance, and safety of the organisation's physical space, ensuring a functional, secure, and well-maintained environment for staff, members, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility operations, cleanliness, and maintenance
• Coordinate repairs and liaise with vendors/contractors for facility needs
• Monitor and manage facility supplies, equipment, and inventory
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security standards
• Support space planning and setup for events and daily activities
• Manage facility budgets and track maintenance costs
• Respond promptly to facility-related issues and emergencies
• Maintain records of maintenance schedules, inspections, and vendor contracts
