• HR ASSISTANT About This Job: Q-Sourcing Servtec is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African Region in the countries of Uganda, Kenya, Rwanda and South Sudan. We are looking for a competent and innovative Hr Assistant to support HR department. Key Duties and Responsibilities: The HR Assistant will be responsible for the following critical tasks: Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling. On boarding and Records Management: Aid in on boarding new employees, maintain employee records, and prepare HR reports. Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and labour laws. Employee Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits and handle related inquiries. Employee Relations and Performance Management: Support employee relations, performance management, and training coordination. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to HR department. HR & Administration Requirements: Manage staff welfare, medical insurance, ,leave scheduling, and adherence to leave plans. Attendance and Performance Monitoring: Monitor staff attendance, time management, and ensure expected staff performance and productivity.
