JOB TITLE: SOCIAL MEDIA LEAD EXECUTIVE About This Job: Q-Sourcing Limited trading as Q-Sourcing Servtec is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African Region in the countries of Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, and South Sudan. On behalf of our client, a leading metal manufacturing company in Kenya, we are looking for a competent, skilled, and experienced Social Media Lead Executive to work in Nairobi, Kenya.

Job Purpose To develop, implement, and manage the company's social media and digital content strategy to strengthen brand visibility, generate qualified business leads, support sales growth, and enhance customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Strategy and Management Develop and implement a monthly social media content plan aligned with sales and marketing objectives. Manage the company's social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Maintain a consistent posting schedule and ensure all content reflects the brand identity. Grow the online following through organic and paid digital campaigns.
2. Content Creation and Brand Promotion Create engaging content, including product photos, videos, reels, graphics, and promotional campaigns. Coordinate photography and video coverage of products, operations, and customer projects. Develop product education content and customer testimonials. Ensure all published content is accurate, professional, and consistent with brand guidelines.
3. Digital Lead Generation and Sales Support Generate qualified enquiries through social media campaigns and other digital channels. Respond promptly to customer enquiries, direct messages, and comments. Capture and organise enquiries, referring potential customers to the appropriate salespeople. Coordinate with the sales team to monitor lead progress and conversion.
4. Paid Advertising and Campaign Management Plan and execute approved paid advertising campaigns across relevant platforms. Assist in developing campaign budgets, target audiences, and promotional messages. Optimise campaigns to improve reach, engagement, enquiries, and cost per qualified lead.
5. Website and Online Brand Presence Support the maintenance of the company's website and other digital platforms. Ensure product information, contacts, and promotional materials are accurate and up to date. Monitor online reviews, customer feedback, and brand mentions.
6. Reporting and Performance Monitoring Prepare weekly and monthly social media performance reports. Track audience growth, reach, engagement, enquiries, and conversions. Maintain a digital leads register and track commercial outcomes with the sales team.

Requirements

Education

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications, Media Studies or a related field. Experience At least 2 years of relevant experience in social media management or digital marketing. Experience in content creation, graphic design and short-form video editing. Experience in manufacturing, construction, hardware or B2B marketing will be highly desirable.

Technical Skills Practical knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok and LinkedIn. Ability to analyse digital marketing performance and prepare reports. Excellent photography, videography and content creation abilities. Core Competencies Strong written and verbal communication skills. Creativity and a strong understanding of digital marketing trends.

Good analytical and reporting skills. Strong organisational and time-management abilities. Commercial awareness and understanding of sales processes.
