Job Requirements: Verifiable experience operating lawn care equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.) Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to pull a trailer up to 20 ft Must be able to pass a background check Reliable transportation to get to the job site (you will work in a company truck) Strong customer service and communication skills Professional attitude and appearance Reliable and punctual Job Responsibilities: Lead a landscaping crew and oversee daily operations Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards Communicate professionally with customers Operate and maintain lawn care equipment Drive company truck and trailer to and from job sites Represent the company in a positive and professional manner This is a great opportunity for someone who is ready to step into a leadership role and grow with a well-established company.
