Application Closing Date: 5 Nov 2026 Compensation Grade: C Lower Purpose of the Role: Controls Assembly processes and disciplines in a cost-effective manner, whilst ensuring on time and error free picked orders for the retailers. Job Description : KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS Ensure that work activities comply with operational requirements; Organise, evaluate and manage the daily workload against available equipment and staffing resources; Create and maintain productivity working relationships with internal and external customers; Assess, monitor and manage staff performance; Manage productivity levels in accordance to the set standard; Complete and execute other administrative processes in accordance with the procedures Balance orders by perfect pallet procedures.

Be able to control and work with budgets. Ensure that shorts and mispicks are kept to an acceptable level.
