Job Description : KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS To ensure that store orders are picked timeously and accurately. To uplift and maintain housekeeping standards.

Ensure compliance with Risk Standards. To review and analysis productivity reports and take the necessary action. To conduct team meetings. To manage staff performance through the ROI process. To be involved in disciplinary hearings when necessary. To monitor sick and absenteeism. To manage and achieve agreed targets and budgets for assigned financial responsibilities.

Investigate picking errors and address the root causes Manage GI Bin report to ensure End-Of-Day process is followed To ensure RF equipment is readily available and properly maintained. SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE Matric Certificate. Supply Chain and Logistics qualification is advantageous SAP EWM knowledge and computer literacy Must be familiar with the order picking process Good understanding of warehouse processes Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work unsupervised/self-starter Must have knowledge of disciplinary procedures Sound leadership skills essential Ability and experience in poor performance matters Education: National Diploma: Logistics Management, National Senior Certificate _Matric (Required) Skills: Building High Performance Team, Communication, Interpersonal Relationships, Leadership, Reporting and Analysis, SAP EWM, Team Management, Team Performance Management Competencies : Work Experience : Similar work experience Employment Equity: Prior experience may compensate for qualifications not met.
